Delivery

Delivery is free. We aim to process all orders within 1-2 working day of receipt, however during busy times, it might take a little bit longer.

Returns/Refund Policy:

Style Diva will accept returns within 14 days after receipt and a full item refund is issued if the items are returned in the same condition it was received (including pre-owned items). They must be unworn, unused, unaltered, undamaged. The original packaging and tags attached must be included where applicable.

All items will be inspected upon return. Return postage costs are non refundable and customers are liable to pay for the return postage. In certain circumstances we might pay the return postage but this depends on a case by case basis. For hygiene reasons, Style Diva will not accept returns for pierced jewellery, swimwear or other underwear items where the protective film has been removed.

If you need to return an item, please fill in the returns form. Return address will be provided as soon as returns form is received and items checked. Add as many details about the product applicable, including pictures if needed to support the return request. We will respond quickly with instructions how to return the item(s).

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the product has been received and checked.  Issue of refund should be within 7 days when the item was received back at Style Diva. Where you have purchased the Mix & Match items and you are looking for a partial return, the discount earned on that item will be deducted from the refunds.
